    @charoechan Basophils do also, but mast cells are PRIMARILY responsible for the histamine release in an inlfammatory response.

    Desensitizing is the key!! I use a product called Sinol Nasal Spray which desensitizes and really works well!

    this is only true of molecules with molecular weights greater than around 1500. anything else has to covalently bond to a protein, thus changing its conformation, which can then ellicit an immune response

    thats why desensitization is a possibility against an allergy…

    u know i hve allergy of every pet dander you can think of, i´m allergic to cats,Horses,dogs,hamsters,bunnys,guinea pigs,there are so many of e’m i can´t count.
