Lindsay Lohan managed to avoid jail this morning when she appeared in court, but it doesn’t mean the judge was happy with her. The judge ordered Lindsay to stay away from alcohol, wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet (SCRAM bracelet), and submit to random drug tests. Worst of all (in my opinion, at least) was that Lindsay was banned from participating in a movie in Texas because it was outside the range of her SCRAM bracelet. Lindsay’s attorney tried to get permission for Lindsay to submit to testing in Texas, but the judge refused.
