    If you use this every day, it really helps with heal pain caused by plantar fasciitis. Doesn’t cure it but regular use reduces the pain to very low levels.

    The Foot Rocker is an excellent product, and half the price of many of the competitng brands. It is easy to use and really allows you to stretch the calf muscle. It has helped my plantar faciitis immensely. I highly recommend the Foot Rocker. I just bought a second foot rocker for my daughter to take to college. Everyone loves this product — it accomplishes what it is designed to do, and the price is right. Shipping is super fast.

    The item is exactly as you’d expect. Nice and sturdy. Does a great job of stretching the calf muscle. If you are healthy there are other ways to stretch this muscle but w/ a severe knee injury i could not do it and this product helped me. Simple to use. Check utube for videos.

    It really helps me stretch out and become more flexible. I have problems with tense ligaments after running and this helps correct it.

    I was searching to purchase the Prostretch by Medi Dyne which is what is used at my P.T office. I found the Foot Rocker for less than half the price. It is essentially the same product. It does a great job of stretching the calf muscles.

    Also delivery was over night by FEDEX ground–I was expecting 3 to 5 days.

    DB Roth did what they committed to or better on line.

    Looking at the link it appears the price just went to half of the Pro-stretch.
