This hearing is the result of a totally illegal stop. I stopped on the way home from a friend in Nicholasville at a car dealership to check some prices. It is December 22, 2005 and it’s the night before my birthday as well as 3 days until Christmas. My present was a bowl and a very small amount of marijuana because my disease flares up in the winter and can be extremely painful. The officer watches as I look at the cars and drives up close and parks. He waits until I enter my vehicle and then re-enters the road. He follows me to the next light about a half mile away. He then pulls me over and says I was weaving since for a while and then claims to smell something. You can probably guess the rest. The court case took until May due to the fact that they kept asking me to take a deal while refusing to present the tape. A few days before the hearing I was given the tape. I told Gatewood Galbraith that it had been edited and I wanted the charge thrown out. I had only two days to convince Gatewood and then we had the hearing. The county attorney quickly jumped to a reduced charge, no supervision, no drug tests, etc. to get some sort of conviction and avoid a false arrest lawsuit, for now. Watch at how the judge is surprised at my deal but Gatewood smooths it over. Here’s a question? Everyone knows Gatewood Galbraith always has some marijuana on him or in his home. Before I was self employed, I worked 22 jobs (no, im not exaggerating). I walked out on many jobs just to start another one the next week, so I became very familiar with drug testing. More than half of those jobs drug tested. I worked in all kinds of jobs from Burger King to the US Postal Service to Microsoft. I never failed a drug test on any of the jobs that tested. I’m naturally skinny, which helps, but I’ve always used the methods in this guide and passed and if I didn’t have a week or two to quit and get clean before the test, I would just use synthetic urine which I had to do twice and passed both times without any problems. When I first became self employed and was bored at home, I decided to test all these methods on home tests I purchased just to see if it was luck or not and passed them all as long as I had a few days or a week to follow the methods.
