Although I’m in my 50′s I finally figured that it was never too late to take better care of your teeth. So having heard recommendations of the Water-Pik, I eventually ordered it (the twin pack with Sensonic Toothbrush). All I can say is, I wish I’d got one of these years ago! It really does make oral hygiene easier and more thorough. I use it before brushing night and morning. It only takes a minute or so and I always fill the reservoir with fresh warm water as directed and use till its gone. It can be quite surprising to see just how many particles it removes from your teeth. The flow is variable and I only have it set at about a third of its potential. I’ve used it for 2 weeks now and am very happy with it and with the toothbrush.
