This is the ONLY one I could find. It took a few tries to get the cuff positioned correctly but it is an easy machine to use. It saves your history and gives you an average. It was easy, but the cuff is very hard to put on for one person. I have an error on the first time I try to take my blood pressure, then I re-wrap the cuff and it works the next time. The cuff is very, very accurate. I took my blood pressure, and the doctor took my blood pressure (his way) and the difference is so small the doctor told me that my blood pressure monitor is more accurate than his method. It seemed to fit even the largest of users. Did not slide over a shirt sleeve the best. I really like the large display and all the functions. Overall this product is a winner. The cuff that came with the unit both times did not fit into the monitor itself. Too bad because it appears to be an excellent unit!
